Well organised, friendly, professional.
Service was executed well, however the check engine light was still on when I picked up the car. It appeared that it had not been looked at. It was dealt with quickly and looked at when in brought it up.
Because it took longer than expected for the delivery and I was without a car for 10 days.

The Service Manager called me as soon as I raised a query regarding a warranty matter on my 6 month old Mini, and oversaw the whole procedure, keeping me informed at all times.

I did not feel pressurised into making a purchase. I was shown the exact car that I requested. The quality of the product was excellent. Once I had driven the car it did not take long for me to decide.
It took a couple of visits to make the purchase because there was no finance manager available- the salesman Neil was very apologetic but it would have been much more convenient to complete my purchase in 1 visit.
All done within two hrs. And an easy booking system

Neil Raphael is a very experience saleman, my only issue is he made some assumptions for me . I didn't really want a deisel car , and he thought I wanted one, however he managed to change the specification very quickly to satisfy my needs in the end
Neil was efficient, listened to what we wanted and delivered! (We spent a bit more than originally intended but the car is fab !)
I asked a question about winscrean washing light kept coming on the Dash Bourd but doesn't get a reply after ring constantly then got a reply
-The valet service before delivery was average. Several marks where the car hadn't been properly cleaned which was disappointing. -Salesman was very helpful / amicable, slightly trying to oversell but not an issue. Sales manager seemed aloof.
I would have liked to have collected my new car on the Saturday but as all the appointment slots were taken I had to go on Friday evening at 7pm, as I was not able to collect during the week due to work.

Experience at showroom good, but Mini Finance a bit of a nightmare! My husband recently bought an Audi with far less faffing. Mini finance made the whole thing unnecessarily complicated.
I was quickly booked in for the required service to my mini cooper. The service was completed within the two hour time frame. I was emailed a video which illustrated the service and I was phoned and texted to confirm my car was ready for collection.

My car was collected & returned for a modest fee. All work was explained to me over the telephone & via a video. Staff made clear what was mandatory for the MOT & what was merely advisable. My car also came back cleaned.
