Back office process could be smoother and the steps in the sales process a little clearer for the customer. E.g. a page or email with bullet points of steps and activity required from both parties.

My first phone call to make a booking took some time to be answered and when it was I was put on hold. When taken off hold I was asked the same questions. All other aspects were good
It was a pleasant experience all round. My only reservation was pushing the GAP and other 'add-on' policies, which I didn't appreciate. That's clearly where you make a significant amount of mark-up and I don't like being 'told' what I need to have.

Web you get to site the on site parts and service team are fine. The issues with MINI Chiswick is getting to that stage. The telephone service is just awful. The guys on site are fine when you get there, but the telephony service is shocking.
Salesman Neil Raphael showed me different models, took me for a test drive, discussed different ways of buying the car, was not pushy, its a great product.

The tire pressure indicator issue hasn't been addressed. This would be the second time I get my car looked at by the mechanics at Mini where they failed to help.

Well organised, friendly, professional.
Service was executed well, however the check engine light was still on when I picked up the car. It appeared that it had not been looked at. It was dealt with quickly and looked at when in brought it up.
Because it took longer than expected for the delivery and I was without a car for 10 days.

The Service Manager called me as soon as I raised a query regarding a warranty matter on my 6 month old Mini, and oversaw the whole procedure, keeping me informed at all times.
