Car was with service centre for two weeks while I was on holiday. Collected it on my return and fault not fixed. Engine light came back on within minutes of driving it. Clearly not adequately tests even though it was with you for two weeks.

Berry Chiswick have been great, they've ensured I'm aware of what is due when, and dealt with picking up my car and returning it without there being any bother to me - Cameron dealt with the recent mot with utmost efficiency.

Had to wait longer than the 1-1/2 hour as advised when the car was checked in and then longer while they cleaned the white leather interior of oil/grease marks.

Max explained all the various packs and extras for the Mini clearly and patiently. He went the extra mile finding out about the bike rack which I have purchased and sent a DVD. On delivery, Max took time to explain how everything worked

The service was good but I've had a problem with water leakage in my boot since I bought the car so it would have been five stars if this was resolved and I wasn't left with a musty, mouldy boot floor&tyre kit that is damaged and unusable from water
